Admissions & Enrollment Regulations
Al-Faisal School System operates an open, merit-conscious admission process from Playgroup through Matriculation in accordance with Punjab Private Educational Institutions regulations. Mandatory documentation required at the time of admission includes:
- Original and attested copy of the NADRA B-Form (Child Registration Certificate).
- Original School Leaving Certificate (SLC) / Transfer Certificate from the previous recognized school.
- Attested copy of Father’s / Guardian’s Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
- Four (4) recent passport-sized photographs with sky blue background.
- Previous academic progress report card or BISE 9th Class Registration card (for Matric students).
Tuition Fee Schedule, Due Dates & Concessions
Our fee structure is transparent, affordable, and approved in accordance with educational guidelines:
- Payment Cycle: Monthly tuition fee vouchers are issued by the 1st of each calendar month and are payable on or before the 10th of the month.
- Late Payment Surcharge: A nominal late fee surcharge of Rs. 100 is levied on payments received after the due date to encourage administrative punctuality.
- Sibling & Kinship Concessions: A 10% monthly tuition concession is granted for the second child, and a 15% concession for the third child enrolled concurrently.
- Merit Scholarships: Position holders achieving outstanding marks in annual assessments or BISE Board examinations are awarded special merit scholarships covering up to 100% of tuition fees.
Fee Refund & Student Withdrawal Policy
The refund policy terms are defined as follows:
- Registration & Admission Charges: One-time admission registration, prospectus processing, and administrative setup charges are non-refundable once an admission has been processed.
- Advance Tuition Fees: In the event that a student withdraws prior to the commencement of an academic term, advance tuition fees collected for future unused months will be refunded in full upon submission of a formal 15-day written withdrawal notice by the parent/guardian.
- Clearance & SLC Issuance: School Leaving Certificates (SLC) and official character certificates are issued within 3 working days following complete clearance of all outstanding institutional dues and library returns.
Attendance, Punctuality & Leave Protocols
- Mandatory 80% Attendance: In accordance with BISE Lahore Board regulations, every student must maintain a minimum of 80% aggregate attendance across the academic year to qualify for annual promotions and board examinations.
- Campus Gate Timing: Morning gates open at 7:30 AM and close promptly at 7:50 AM. Late arrivals must report to the Discipline Incharge.
- Leave of Absence: Formal written leave applications signed by the parent/guardian must be submitted in advance. Medical leaves exceeding two consecutive days require a verified medical practitioner certificate.
Campus Safety, Child Protection & Anti-Bullying Directive
Our campus safety architecture includes:
- 24/7 CCTV Campus Monitoring: High-definition surveillance across all corridors, entry gates, play areas, and laboratory facilities.
- Anti-Bullying & Grievance Cell: Dedicated school counselor and senior teachers committee to address peer conflicts, emotional wellbeing, and ensure a secure, encouraging atmosphere.
- Regulated Visitor Entry: Strict visitor verification at the main campus security post with mandatory CNIC recording and visitor badge issuance.
Official Uniform & Grooming Standards
All enrolled students are required to wear the prescribed, clean, and properly pressed school uniform on all regular working days, school assemblies, and institutional events:
- Summer Uniform: Designated sky-blue / white shirts, charcoal trousers/skirts, navy blue socks, black polished shoes, and official school ID card.
- Winter Uniform: School blazer / navy blue sweater with school crest badge, necktie, and warm headwear in accordance with seasonal circulars.
- Grooming: Neat haircut, trimmed nails, and adherence to clean Islamic hygiene ethics.
Examinations & Academic Progression
The academic evaluation system comprises regular monthly class tests, mid-term examinations, and final annual assessments. For secondary students (9th & 10th Classes), rigorous send-up pre-board examinations are conducted to guarantee 100% preparation for BISE Lahore Board examinations.
